Bullions Buyback
1. For bullion products purchased from our Company, you may check the "Buyback Price" reference for your specific product model on our official website:
www.emperiogoldcoins.com. Various factors and market fluctuations may affect the final buyback price, which will be confirmed upon physical inspection at our store. Prices cannot be locked in advance.
2. For bullion products NOT purchased from our Company, will require professional appraisal by our buyback department for price quotation.
3. For bullion products have NOT sold by our company will be treated as "Collectible Coins" for buyback purposes.
4. If the seller is the original account holder: Present the original valid ID document for verification and photocopying.
5. If the seller is not the original account holder: Present the original authorization letter from the account holder along with a copy of their valid ID document. The authorized personmust also present their original valid ID for verification and photocopying.
Collectible Buyback
1. All collectibles require professional assessment by our buyback department. The "Buyback Price" is not available.
2. Final quotations will be based on the physical condition of the item. The following factors will affect assessment and pricing:
• Clear front and back photographs of the item
• Relevant certificates (if available)
• Purity
• Weight
• Year of items
3. Customers may submit the above information and photos via email or WhatsApp to our customer service for preliminary assessment. The quotations thru online/phone are for reference only. The actual buyback price will be determined upon physical inspection.
